Our goal is simple: authentic products with clear origin, honest quality, and fair pricing for both producers and customers - without unnecessary marketing or middlemen.

Our offering focuses on a small number of carefully selected staples that we believe belong in every kitchen, particularly high-quality olive oil and approachable, characterful wines. These are products we plan to supply regularly, ensuring consistent availability and dependable quality. From time to time, we will complement this core selection with additional products we discover through our network - items that stand out for their authenticity, craftsmanship, and the people behind them.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil from (kn)own sources

Our extra virgin olive oil comes from Catalonia, specifically from Vinaixa in the Les Garrigues region, and is made only from olives grown in our own groves or in fields owned by farmers we know and trust. The olives are cold-extracted using purely mechanical methods, without chemicals or heat, preserving the oil’s natural quality. To be classified as extra virgin, the oil must meet strict standards, including very low acidity (below 0.8%) and no sensory defects. This careful production helps retain natural antioxidants and polyphenols, compounds linked to heart health and protection against oxidative stress.

Our wines come from bodegas we know personally and have visited many times over the years, primarily in La Rioja, a region we know particularly well. We focus on producers with strong local roots who combine respect for tradition with careful, modern winemaking. The wines we select stand out for their excellent price–quality relationship: authentic regional wines with character, balance, and depth - offering outstanding value without compromising on quality
